Redesign // Rebranding
This project was a complete redesign and rebranding of Preppio’s marketing website. I led the design process and collaborated closely with the sales team. The goal was to create a more modern, professional online presence that would better reflect the company’s growth and attract new customers.
The original Preppio website lacked a user-friendly structure and did not reflect the company’s professionalism or growth. There were issues with cluttered content, inconsistent visuals, and confusing navigation. These design flaws risked turning away potential customers and partners.

Research & Insights
UX & Content Audit of Preppio’s Website
I conducted a competitor analysis, studied modern B2B SaaS websites, and reviewed Preppio’s existing site to identify UX and content issues. Key findings included:
Information overload on core pages.
Inconsistent graphic elements that didn’t match the brand.
Poor information architecture, making it difficult to understand what Preppio actually offers.
Early content audit and sitemap planning during the Preppio redesign project.
Ideation & Design
Modular Design System & Site Redesign
I started by creating a modular design system in Figma, wireframe templates that could be reused across different pages. This allowed for scalability and consistency. Next, I rewrote and redesigned the site’s content to ensure clarity and cohesion, including:
Concise, benefit-driven text.
A new visual theme with clear iconography and branding.
A prototype that brought together layout, imagery, and navigation in a unified experience.
Testing & Iteration
Testing, Feedback & Brand Story
The prototype was tested internally with the Preppio team. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, the new design was described as more professional, modern, and much easier to understand.
The biggest challenge I faced was developing a clear direction and narrative. Preppio had grown into three distinct services, and we needed a unified story. Through collaboration and mapping out the core offerings, we developed a new site structure and tagline that reflected the brand evolution.
Mapping out Preppio’s core offerings during an strategy session to align on product scope and user value.
Final Result
Design Adopted for Future Development
The final prototype was presented to Amin Fard, CEO and founder of Preppio. He was especially impressed by the blog redesign and how the design system could be used to easily create new content.
He expressed intent to begin development based on the redesign and was enthusiastic about how well it aligned with Preppio’s goals.
Reflection
I’m proud of how I managed this project independently. It taught me how to take complex, existing content and restructure it to be clear, accessible, and user-focused. If I could do one thing differently, I would incorporate feedback from actual website users, not just internal stakeholders, to further validate the design.
